about Rachel

Fresh to NYC, I have been training and coaching in Austin, TX since early 2015. Specializing in strength and conditioning style training, I have a knack for making fitness fun, accessible, and wildly effective.

My own fitness journey began as early as I can remember. Coming from a family that prioritized fitness and nutrition, I was seemingly set up for easy success…but, as happens all too often, I quickly fell prey to eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and obsessive over-exercising alongside severe depression and anxiety. It took over a decade of struggle to come full circle, and in the end, it was fitness that saved me.

Prior to transitioning into my fitness career, I worked as a project manager for over six years and learned firsthand how our work affects our wellness. Ever since, it has been my mission to help busy professionals and parents thrive in the hustle of modern lifestyles: body, mind, and spirit.

I am a firm believer in fitness for ALLeveryone is warmly welcomed, regardless of fitness level, age, race, sex, gender, identity, size, or ability. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are while also pushing them to realize their true innate potential.

Hybrid coaching combines personal training with online coaching for a modern approach. Train in-person once a week, every other week, or monthly + comprehensive, one-on-one fitness and nutrition coaching for the best of both worlds: the flexibility of online coaching with the benefits of in-person training.
