All prospective clients begin with a free consultation. This gives both of us the opportunity to get to know each other and make sure this is the right trainer/client fit. There is no obligation of any kind to commit after a consultation.
Each complimentary consult is one hour, and the majority of this time will be dedicated to discussing your history, goals, and lifestyle. When feasible, we will top it off with a quick-but-effective workout.
For online clients, consultations are held by video call (Skype, FaceTime, or Google Hangout). For NYC-based clients, we will meet at the training location.
