Hybrid coaching combines personal training with online coaching for the best of both worlds: the flexibility of online coaching with the benefits of in-person training. It is the perfect option for people who travel frequently, prefer to train solo, have varying schedules, or simply want a more flexible and affordable (but no less personalized) solution than personal training.

HYBRID COACHING INCLUDES:
Complimentary movement screen and fitness assessment
Personalized program based on your specific needs and goals, complete with custom nutrition and lifestyle coaching
Options to train in-person once a week, every other week, or monthly
75-minute sessions, including 60 minutes dedicated to the workout + 15 minutes to check in on nutrition, do some extra mobility work, and/or review exercise tutorials
Comprehensive fitness and nutrition coaching
Weekly check-ins via email
Monthly check-ins via Skype or phone
Trainerize app account for workout tracking, video exercise demonstrations, 24/7 instant messaging, and more
Minimum 3 month commitment required

Manhattan: Train at New York Underground Fitness in Hell’s Kitchen, or I can come to your building gym at your home or office.
$350-900+ per month, depending on training frequency and location
Queens: I can come to your building gym at your home or office in Astoria.
$320-800 per month, depending on training frequency and location
Sessions are also offered at Fitness Lounge in Astoria at 31st Ave and 38th St.
$300-700 per month, depending on training frequency
