60-minute sessions including warm-up, workout, and cool-down
Monthly check-ins to discuss nutrition, lifestyle, progress, etc.
Trainerize app account for workout tracking, video exercise demonstrations, instant messaging, and more
For clients who train 2+ times per week, customized “homework” is provided through Trainerize for any additional cardio, strength, mobility, or recovery needs

Manhattan: Train at New York Underground Fitness in Hell’s Kitchen, or I can come to your building gym at your home or office.
$130-150 per session, offered in single sessions or 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-session packages
Queens: I can come to your building gym at your home or office in Astoria.
$100-120 per session, offered in single sessions or 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-session packages
Sessions are also offered at Fitness Lounge at 31st Ave and 38th St in Astoria.
$80-100 per session, offered in single sessions or 5-, 10-, 15-, or 20-session packages
