Personal Training

Personal Training offers unparalleled individualized attention. No matter your fitness level or goals, Personal Training will meet you where you and guide you to where you want to be.

Personal Training is both classic and cutting-edge. Long before the Internet changed fitness (and life) forever, Personal Trainers have been working with clients 1:1 and in-person to guide and support them through their fitness journeys. These days, with the assistance of technology and expanding knowledge of fitness, Personal Training is more powerful and popular than ever.

If you are new or returning to working out, want to achieve a challenging fitness goal, or have struggled to get results in the past, Personal Training may be the right fit for you.

  • All sessions are 60 minutes (1 hour) and include an individualized warm-up, workout, and cool-down

  • Home workouts to supplement personal training are available upon request/as appropriate

  • Nutrition coaching is available upon request/as appropriate

  • Come train at the official Gym of Life training space! Located by the south side of Astoria Park, the gym is on a private, spacious terrace.

    Equipment is provided. Please bring a water bottle and a towel with you; optionally, you may wish to bring a yoga mat. Feel free to play music of your choice, too!

    Single Sessions: $75

    3-Session Starter Pack: $200 *New Clients Only!*

  • Personal training that comes to you! I will train you at your apartment/condo/office gym, or other location of your choosing in Astoria, Queens. Availability is dependent on time and location.

    Equipment is required: We will discuss what will work best for you — given your goals, interests, space, and budget — but most clients will need (at minimum) an assortment of free weights, resistance bands, a bench or box, a pull-up bar, a jump rope, and a mat.

    Single Sessions: $125

    5-Session Package: $600

    10-Session Package: $1150
